Workplace Pure platform hosts a range of services and features that are designed to make everyone's working life easier. Access to the platform — from bizhub MFPs and mobile devices — is free of charge. You simply pay for the services used, and allow people to access them according to their role. The platform is based on a highly standardised security concept, which protects your data using techniques such as encryption and pseudonymisation.

Among the services available are:

• Scanning (including directly to external cloud storage)
• Conversion of paper documents to searchable and editable digital files
• Machine translation at the touch of a button
• Supported cross-media marketing campaigns

In addition, all our bizhub i-Series devices are connected to the Konica Minolta
MarketPlace platform. This allows you to access a wide range of cloud-based services and apps securely, quickly and easily; and customise functions and features straight from the device control panel, with no need for IT skills. 

To make things flexible and cost efficient, we charge only for the services and apps you use. We regularly update the services and apps to ensure they remain compatible with our customers' IT infrastructure.
