New Presidency to contribute to the transformative journey to accelerate digital innovation at Konica Minolta Europe

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe (Konica Minolta) has announced the appointment of Kiyotaka Suhara as its new President, effective from 1 April 2023. He will succeed the current President, Tadahiko Sumitani, who will be stepping down from the position.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe – currently named among the “Top 100 Global Innovators 2023” by Clarivate for the second consecutive year, has announced the appointment of Kiyotaka Suhara as new President. Mr. Suhara has extensive experience in business transformation, having held senior positions in a variety of industries, including Boston Consulting, Berlitz Japan, and Domino’s Pizza Japan. Most recently, he served as General Secretary and CEO of the Japan Football Association. He was also President and CEO of Kinko’s Japan, where he successfully led the acquisition of the company from FedEx to Konica Minolta, Inc. Suhara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Keio University with a Faculty of Law degree.
